Girls Leotards

Ballet
Pre Primary + Primary: Pink short sleeved leotard with separate skirt.
Grade 1: Lilac.
Grade 2: Lavender.
Grade 3: Mulberry.
Grade 4/5: Burgundy.
Grade 6/7/8: Navy.
Vocational: Burgundy capped sleeve.

Jazz, Tap and Lyrical/Contemporary
Junior: Navy capped sleeve.
Inter and Senior: Any black leotard of your choice.

Leg & Footwear

Ballet
Tights/Socks: Ballet tights or ballet socks.
Pre Primary – Grade 2: Satin full sole ballet shoes.
Grade 3 upwards: Canvas split sole ballet shoes.

Jazz, Tap and Lyrical/Contemporary
Jazz & Contemporary: Black footless tights worn over the leotard.
Tap: Black footless or footed tights.
Lyrical (Junior): Navy skirt.
Foot thongs: Optional.
Tap shoes: Required for Tap.

Size & Measurement Guide

Measurement	How to Measure	Tip
Chest	Measure around the fullest part, under arms.	Keep tape level and relaxed.
Waist	Around the natural waist (just above the navel).	Don’t pull the tape tight.
Hips	Around the fullest part of the seat.	Stand with feet together.
Girth	From shoulder, through legs, back to shoulder.	Essential for leotard fit.
Foot	Trace foot on paper; measure heel-to-toe.	Add 0.5–1cm for growth for juniors.

Care & Maintenance

Tights: Please replace regularly—tights should not have holes or ladders.
Ballet shoes: Should not have holes.
Pointe shoes: New pointe shoes should be purchased when the old pair are no longer supporting the dancer.
